Michel C. Paré, MD, MSc
Dr. Michel Paré was born in Montreal, Canada. He graduate high school Cum Laude from Mercersburg Academy in 1976. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree at Columbia University in 1980. He returned to Canada where he pursued a Master's degree at McGill University in Neurobiology. He completed his thesis in 1983 while attending medical school at Université de Montréal where he received his M.D. in 1987. He remained in Montreal for formal neurosurgical residency training, which he completed in 1993. He subsequently performed a spinal surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, completing his studies in 1994.
Dr. Paré arrived to the area in 1998. He holds dual appointments to the medical staff at Erlanger hospital as well as the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton. Dr. Pare has focused his practice in the Dalton area. He is currently Medial Director of the newly created Spine Center at Hamilton Medical Center.
